Why do I like Dao wines so much?

The vitality and purity of flavour remind me of Barbera, or Cotes du Rhone.
While it has the bone dry, and moderate-in-alcohol character of traditional Euro wines, there is a modern feeling in the brightness of the flavours.

A very ~ enjoyable, high spirited dinner companion.
