Worth the Wait

rethinkThe Mosel Valley in Germany is one of the homes of outstanding Riesling. Most of it is seriously dry and low in alcohol. However, in all my years of reviewing, the regular LCBOs have never offered a quality Mosel Riesling. Until now.

Rethink has almost been worth the wait. It’s a deliciously pure expression of the grape, and of cool climate wine-making. Loaded with spring-day vitality and freshness, its teasing, citrus flavours are a great way to put you in the mood for Spring. Bring it on – the season and wine!
