Lovely fruitiness, oatmeal wholesomeness and tons of charm. A refined edition of English ale. Something Charles can take home to mum! You don’t have to be a beer lover to enjoy this. Sure it’s a bit expensive but good things usually are. Some of the barley and hops used in the beer are from Charles own farm at Highgrove. This is so… drinkable! Pleasant and refreshing, but without the insipidity of other ‘pleasant and refreshing’ beers. I really like this ale. Heck, my mom would like this and she’s no beer drinker.
