Risotto is perfect winter comfort food, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a happier class than Angelo Bean’s at The Culinarium Cupboard.
Angelo has paired up with Gabriele Ferron “Italy’s Rice Ambassador to the World” at many shows and events, and learned to make risotto the ‘Gabriele way’. Learn a unique and fool proof technique to make the perfect risotto using Carnaroli and Vialone Nano organic rice. Create four fabulous risottos using the harvest from our four seasons, so you can make the most of the Ontario harvest all year long. You’ll also cook crispy vegetable tempura (with rice flour) and make rice flour crepes for dessert. And as usual, there will be a few surprises and a little music – Angelo-style. Lots of fun for $99.
