For many the word Cabernet suggest a big red wine, but it ain’t always so. Cabernet Franc for example often delivers a more medium-bodied experience, and here is one with the everyday gulping feeling of Valpolicella, or even Gamay. The smooth style, and reasonable price suggest house red. Bring on the pasta or pizza.
