Planning for the Rosé Season

Posted by on

Most of the Lambrusco exported is red and sweet, but here an opportunity to try the dry, Rosé version. And you must – if you enjoy pink, especially with a little fizz. Not just a novelty, but an excellent wine. A good way to start thinking about spring, or better still, summer. With a prosciutto platter on the patio!
