MY SATURDAY~ WINE SEMINAR IS COMING UP SOON!
On Saturday, November 22 I will be conducting my annual seminar for the Toronto Gourmet Food & Wine Expo. This year’s title is DISCOVERING A NEW WAY TO UNDERSTAND WINE, REMOVE ANGST, AND INCREASE YOUR ENJOYMENT, and naturally it’s designed for advanced novices who are struggling with all the complexities, confusion and bullshit around wine.
I will be discussing all that is misleading and wrong with traditional wine education and communications ““ hence the confusion, and will offer a “˜better way’. One that shifts from the information side of wine to the “˜experience’. A different focus! Looking at the needs of our drinking situations and following the same principles that allow us to feel good and comfortable choosing music.~
