And the server brought me a glass of this red, I’d think ‘perfect’ as I prefer this rustic style of Spanish red over the more common super rich, vanilla-sweet variety. And I’d start lecturing my companions on the mistake of wanting every wine to wow like a blockbuster movie or Super Bowl half-time show. And so on . . .
