Groovin’ at The Rex

The Rex is one of the last remaining old Toronto Taverns – the real thing. There’s jazz seven nights a week and afternoons too on the weekend, but it’s the time warp tavern atmosphere of the place that draws me back. No bouncer on the door or pretentious staff – but clean enough to take your girl. One of my favourite TO outings is a fancy downtown dinner,  followed by a few night caps and jazz at the Rex.
