One of my top-ten wine+situation experiences is a lazy summer afternoon with Miss Mosel. Rieslings from Germany’s Mosel river region are the purest, most delicate and lightest white wines in the world. Bottled innocence! Bottled lilly of the valley! Bottled sweet kisses! The most perfect wine to have in your glass as you surrender to sunshine, quietness and laziness. Best as a solo experience, or with a non-talker. Chill well.
