Cellier des Dauphins is an LCBO oldie-goldie that’s found new vitality. I love the combination of bright flavours and refreshment. And the honest-to-goodness bistro feeling. Forget the yummy richness of most red Rhones ““ this is gutsy, tangy and invigorating. Really good gulping stuff ““ at a gulping price. Lightly chill. I like to decant into a clear glass bottle because I find the dark, black label to be at odds with the bright, fun spirit of the wine.
