BEST $14 CHAMPAGNE IN THE WORLD

Okay, it’s not Champagne, but Spain’s Cava producers employ similar time-consuming, expensive production methods – resulting in wines with the classic Champagne yeastiness. While the flavours may be more good than great, you’ll not get complaints from your party goers. I’m a big fan of all the LCBO’s Cavas, but for festive appropriateness, you cannot beat Codorniu’s ‘looks’ – white label and red neck ribbon – shades of Bollinger.
